“Asiana Airlines continue to deliver an excellent Economy Class customer experience with strong service standards, comfortable seats, and good F&B choices. Business Class standards remain quite good, but the product standards here are now slightly less elevated versus nearby competitors – however, staff continue to stand out when internationally benchmarked. The core efficiency of the Incheon Airport experience is a good factor of the travel experience – particularly, for transfer customers.”
