“This is a nice lounge and quite modern after Asiana Airlines moved here at ICN Airport. The staff service is courteous and efficient but with some occasional problems with language skills. The seating in the lounge is satisfactory, and the range of amenities suited to a 4-Star lounge. Food and beverages are to a good standard, but with some potential for improvement.”
