Egyptair is Certified as a 3-Star Airline Rating for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“Egyptair continue to improve product & service standards, and in many areas this is now close to a 4-Star Airline Rating level. Whilst we still observe some elements of inconsistency for inflight dining in both cabins, the quantity of F&B being delivered is at a very competitive level – particularly on regional flights. Business Class lounge standards will improve significantly later in 2024 with the opening of a major new lounge at Cairo Airport.”
