“KLIA offers two quite different experiences between terminals. The original terminal is architecturally impressive and bright and boasts positive rest and leisure facilities for those transferring. Both terminals suffer from a poor standard of maintenance. Washroom cleanliness and immigration waiting times are weaknesses here.”
