The Emirates Business Class Lounge at Concourse B, T3 Dubai International Airport is Certified as a 4-Star Airline Lounge for the standard of product facilities and staff service.

“This is a very large lounge that was renovated and improved a few years ago. The range of facilities is excellent, but the lounge can be very crowded at peak times and it lacks the expected level of premium exclusivity. The open side design does lead to general terminal noise intrusion. The choice of foods is excellent but actual food quality is nothing special, it includes a Moet & Chandon champagne bar and Costa Coffee outlet. Washroom and shower facilities are good, but standards suffer due to the volume of customers. Staff inside the lounge are polite, but counter service lacks hospitality.”
