“One of the key limitations of this lounge is the frequent crowding and this is particularly weak at early mornings – if you have not pre-booked you may not gain access. Airline customers are normally allocated seating, but overall the space and number of guests means there is often no privacy. The bar product is fair and food standards are quite basic. Washrooms are outside of the lounge and often unclean.”
