“The First-Class lounge provides an excellent quality of product and service to guests, and the undoubted highlight is the a la carte dining experience which is supported by a broad bar selection. Decor and furniture standards are similarly well-rated – however, the lounge lacks a good rest/bedroom product for longer connections. The spa maintains an excellent prestige factor and remains complimentary for first-class guests. It is possible for Business and Economy Class customers to pay for access to the lounge but this does not seem impact capacity.”
