The Garuda Indonesia International Lounge at Denpasar Ngurah Rai Airport is Certified as a 3-Star Airline Lounge for the standard of product facilities and staff service.
“This lounge is a small facility and overcrowded at busy times. Facilities are limited, there is only one shower and few seats offer power sockets. It is a clean lounge with nicely presented buffet where a chef service is offered. The standards of air conditioning are very poor and in the hotter periods, the lounge is most uncomfortable. There is a small bar that includes a few alcoholic drinks. The lounge staff are very welcoming and helpful, and are the best feature of an otherwise poor standard lounge.”
