The JoyFlight International Lounge at Changsha Huanghua Airport is Certified as a 3-Star Airline Lounge for the product facilities and staff service.
“Opened in 2019 this lounge is a great improvement on the very poor previous facility. The lounge offers a variety of quite comfortable seating, and reasonable access to power points. The choice of beverages is limited for wines and alcohol, and the selection of food is very limited by international lounge standards. Washrooms limited to just 1 male and 1 female, and a strange set up with the lounge washing machine inside one washroom. Staff at reception are courteous, but they cannot speak or understand English.”
