“A reasonable pay-in/cardholder lounge with acceptable factors of space and privacy. Good access to Terminal 1 departures here, but a fairly long walk across to Terminal 3. Catering delivers a reasonable quality for taste and selection, and the bar choices are similarly adequate. Shower waiting times here are occasionally long, but the fixtures and fittings are fine. Staff are somewhat friendly but there is no consistency to standards across the frontline.”
