“The North Terminal lounge offers outstanding views of the airfield, and as the ex-Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse the interior standards remains quite good, although showing age in certain areas. The range of seating choices is quite fine for leisure travellers but there is limited practical work areas – mainly because not much of the product has charging sockets. F&B is of the usual Plaza Premium standard, and is likely to meet customer expectation. Staff can be quite pleasant but it depends on the guest numbers.”
