“The Plaza Premium lounge for international flights in Terminal 1 is a small facility and subject to crowding at peak times. There can be queues and entry restrictions. Seating is quite dense and lacking privacy but otherwise comfortable. There is a buffet and bar service which is of fair quality, but below the standards observed at better Plaza facilities in Europe and Asia. Staff are basically efficient, but there is little service quality on show here.”
