Aerolineas Argentinas is Certified as a 3-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“Standards are reasonable on short-haul & regional flights, but for medium and long haul the product is very dated. Business Class does not offer lie-flat seats, the IFE is very limited and the Salon Cóndor lounge needs improving. Some upgrades have been made to meal service, but this is still below a 4-Star standard. Staff service is inconsistent, from friendly to being poor.”
