“Batik Air offers a good onboard product standard for domestic and short-haul, and a comfortable seat in Economy and Business. Meal and snack standards are also good. Cabin staff service can be good, but lacks consistency and is below some Indonesian competitor airlines. Airport service is fair at the home base in Jakarta.”
