“Caribbean Airlines has a good product standard in Business and Economy Class. A primary weakness in meeting 4-Star standards is a lack of service consistency and some quality issues with onboard meals and cabin cleanliness. The airline provides Caribbean Plus which is an extra legroom seat upgrade only. In addition to free F&B, customers can purchase items from the Caribbean Cafe. The majority of staff are friendly and pleasant.”
