“Cebu Pacific short-haul and regional standards are fair for a low-cost, but longer A330 flights have a poor product offering, and the cabin staff service is lacking in hospitality. No IFE or streaming is provided, and no USB power charge facilities on most aircraft. This is not an ultra-low-cost airline and better standards are provided by many competitors.”
