“Described as an ultra-low-cost airline, Frontier Airlines works if you follow the baggage, check-in time rules carefully, although their handling of delays and cancellations can be very poor. Onboard seat comfort is okay for flights up to about 2-hours, and staff are proficient at providing the minimal available service. Cabin cleanliness standards could be improved.”
