“Lao Airlines provides a reasonable regional flight experience with complimentary food and drink on domestic and international routes. Onboard seat comfort is quite good for short-haul in Business and Economy Class, and cabin maintenance is reasonable. F&B standards are simple but the quality and meal size is satisfactory. Staff service requires more consistency and confidence to meet 4-Star levels.”
