Loong Air is Certified as a 3-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“Loong Air is primarily a domestic airline with a few regional, international routes. Product standards are fair for their Super Economy class, which is basically extra legroom and enhanced airport service. Economy class is typical Chinese domestic level, and whilst cabin staff service is functional, it lacks in service quality or hospitality, and language skills are poor.”
