Silver Airways is Certified as a 3-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.

“Silver Airways uses a range of turboprop aircraft. Due to the short flight times, customers only receive bottled water on longer routes. Seat comfort is fine but cabin presentation and cleanliness is weak on some aircraft. Staff are efficient onboard but there is limited service to observe. Delay and cancellation handling is not a strong point, and communication can be poor for that.”
