“Operating domestic flights with a small number of regional international flights, Sriwijaya Air is a mix of budget and full-service airline style. A small snack is served onboard in Economy, and Business Class is only offered a few aircraft. Cabin staff service is friendly but requires efficiency improvements. Airport service standards are quite poor, and flights are prone to delay and cancellations.”
