Star Flyer is Certified as a 4-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.

“Star Flyer is a hybrid airline (ie. complimentary services but lower fares), using a single cabin layout that offers good comfort with a great seat pitch and footrests. Staff service standards are good, showing strong levels of Japanese hospitality. Complimentary coffee and other beverages are served onboard, and soup/snacks on selected routes. IFE is also provided for all customers.”
