“Airport service is generally good with Peach, but customers must respect the bag allowances as this is an LCC and they charge extra for overweight items. Onboard comfort is acceptable, but the seat pitch of 29-inches is on the tighter side for longer flights. Buy onboard is not expensive by Japanese standards, and quality is good. Cabin staff provide excellent service and above many low-cost airline standards.”
