Audit Summary

COVID-19 standards

Ezeiza Airport has instigated a good range of protocols during COVID-19, and whilst currently meeting a 3-Star Airport Safety Rating, with minor improvements the airport could achieve the 4-Star Safety status. The visibility and brand distinction for COVID-19 information and guidance is quite weak, and social distancing floor marking is also poor. Large queues with no social distancing at the terminal entrance for departing passengers. Inside the terminal there are many customers ignoring the social distancing protocols, but face masks are worn by the majority. Cleanliness of areas such as seating and washrooms, but better cleaning is needed at some of the food and beverage outlets that remain open.
