“Dubai Airport provides an inconsistent experience for passengers depending on which terminal they are passing through. The older Terminal 1 has not kept pace with the facilities available elsewhere. Walking distances are can be long at this airport and immigration is inefficient. The help staff are well-trained and proactive throughout the airport.”
