flydubai is Certified as a 3-Star Low-Cost Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.

“flydubai product standards are quite good for short-haul sectors but comfort is poorer for longer routes. Seats have USB and PTV screens but the IFE content must be purchased. Business Class has a good full service feel, but seat / sleep comfort is poor on longer flights. Cabin service standards are mixed, and Dubai Airport can be chaotic at all customer touchpoints.”
