“Santiago Airport remains a congested international hub, and this affects the ease and convenience of transferring. While a new Terminal 2 is currently under construction, the older facilities provide a weak user experience. The catering prices are quite high throughout the airport, and there is a lack of amenities such as seat power, ATMs and suchlike.”
