The Plaza Premium Lounge at Vancouver International Airport is Certified as 3-Star Airline Lounge for the lounge facilities and staff service.
“A well-positioned lounge just after security, with a reasonable space providing pleasant views. For Plaza Premium the seating and décor is quite dated and is looking well used. Food is satisfactory but the options here are far more limited than in Plaza Premium lounges in Asia. Staff offer a barista coffee service but other facilities such as washrooms are disappointing. The lounge needs renovating.”
