The SWISS First Class Lounge at Chicago O’Hare Airport is Certified as a 4-Star Airline Lounge for the standard of product facilities and staff service.
“The Swiss First Class Lounge is quite small but offers a good level of prestige with the remodelled décor, nicely laid dining tables and power sockets in the tables. There is a good natural light from the surrounding windows. Facilities are minimal with washrooms located in the business class lounge, there are no shower rooms. Much of the upgrade for first-class comes from the a la carte catering, where dishes are presented nicely but the options are limited. There is minimal staff presence here other than a chef delivering the food.”
