“This lounge is a big improvement in earlier TAP lounges, and offers a broadly satisfactory range of facilities. The food and beverage choices are suited for short / medium haul travel, but lounge staff are often very slow to maintain and stock the available items. The colour scheme is nice, but some of the furniture is already showing wear and tear and is not a premium product. Lounge staff service is an area where standards need to be improved.”
