“This AENA lounge is quite modern and has been extended and improved in 2019. Seating standards are fair, and a good choice of food and beverages are offered. A key problem is that as a pay-to-use lounge in a leisure destination it gets very full at peak times, with some users quite abusive of the free food and alcohol policies. Toilets are well maintained, but lounge cleanliness is poor at busier times. The waiting staff in the lounge are polite, but less so for the reception counter staff.”
