EVA Air is awarded the 5-Star Airline Rating for the eleventh consecutive year

EVA Air has been awarded with the highest 5-Star Airline Rating by international air transport rating agency, Skytrax, with this 2026 Certification being the eleventh consecutive year EVA Air has achieved this prestigious Quality Rating.

EVA Air is just one of 10 international airlines that currently hold the exclusive 5-Star Airline Rating.

For EVA Air, maintaining the 5-Star Airline distinction for over a decade is both an honor and a responsibility,” said EVA Air President Clay Sun. “The achievement reflects the collective dedication of the airline’s global workforce and the continued trust of its passengers. Looking ahead, the company remains focused on enhancing safety standards, advancing service innovation, and integrating sustainability into its operations, guided by its core principles of ‘Safety, Service, and Sustainability’.”

The World Airline Star Rating programme was founded by Skytrax in 1999 and remains the original, global benchmark of airline excellence for front-line product and service standards and premier evaluation system grading airline quality standards.

A 5-Star Airline rating has always placed great importance on all aspects of onboard and airport cleanliness and presentation, and EVA Air is meeting a very strong 5-Star standard in these areas.

EVA Air staff at its home base airport and onboard flights were noted to be achieving a very high quality of service and hospitality to customers, and this is combined with excellent standards of consistency.

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance network connectivity and the passenger experience, EVA Air will launch a new route from Taipei to Washington, D.C. on June 26 this year, offering four flights per week and featuring the airline’s fourth‑generation Premium Economy class. With this new addition, EVA Air’s North American network will grow to include 10 gateways, three of which will feature the new fourth-generation Premium Economy class and increase the total weekly flights to 98. This makes EVA Air the airline with the most destinations and the largest flight network from Taiwan to North America.
