“This lounge offers a good range of facilities, and the biggest downside is overcrowding at peak periods, which is made worse by the fact that in addition to serving airline premium customers, it is a pay to use facility. Seat choices are good, access to seat power is also good across many parts of the lounge. The food and beverage choice is good, but better maintenance and restocking of this is needed. Lounge staff are courteous but lack expected levels of hospitality.”
