“The AA Flagship facility in New York JFK represents a large step up in quality for the airline, and this is a most appealing lounge space. The seating areas can be quite busy during the peaks as the service is also used by many Oneworld partners, but it is possible to find quieter areas. Food and drinks standards are at a good quality level, and this includes some decent brands. Staff are reasonably pleasant, but service is yet to be elevated to a world-class quality level.”
