“The British Airways Club Lounge at Gatwick Airport occupies a good position near to security – however, this does mean that walking times to the gates can be long. The lounge has a large footprint and good seat choices but does see some crowding at peak times. The food selection offers a good range of hot and cold dishes, and the self-serve bar standards remain very good when benchmarked. Staff are reasonably friendly and are efficient at maintaining lounge presentation given the turnover of customers.”
