British Airways Lounges at Terminal 3 Heathrow Airport

British Airways First and Business class lounges at Terminal 3, London Heathrow Airport are Certified as 4-Star Airline Lounges for the quality of lounge facilities and staff service.

“The lounge facilities are reasonable, but the decor and furnishings are looking dated, and cleanliness in the Business Class lounge needs improvement. Food & beverages are good in First Class but limited in Business Class, where the dining area gets busy. The reception staff service can be poor and lacking hospitality, while service and catering staff in the lounges offer a more friendly service.”
