British Airways Concorde Room, First and Business class lounges at Terminal 5, London Heathrow Airport are Certified as 4-Star Airline Lounges for the quality of lounge facilities and staff service.

“The Concorde Room is the premier facility, and whilst food and beverage standards are good here, the other amenities and staff service are mixed. The First Class lounge is overcrowded for much of the day – it offers good food & beverage choices, but lounge cleanliness and washroom facilities are poor. The Business Class lounge has a smaller catering choice and can also be busy. The BA reception staff service needs improvement at all lounges.”
