“The Falcon Gold lounge provides a nice product standard, but some elements of the decor and furniture are beginning to look a bit tired. The facility is open to some other airlines, but not card members, so there is normally adequate capacity and ambience. There is a good range of European style and Middle Eastern foods on the buffet, and these are refreshed at a good rate. Staff are quite attentive but not overly friendly.”
