The SkyTeam Lounge at Terminal 4, London Heathrow Airport is Certified as a 3-Star Airline Lounge for the product facilities and staff service.

“This was a nice lounge when first opened, but the standards have deteriorated over the last 10 years. The lounge can be very crowded, and being a pay-to-use facility it lacks any expected premium standards. The  food choices and standards are basic and quite poor. Lounge cleanliness assessed on multiple inspections is at a poor standard, and some lounge furnishings are very worn. Staff service at the lounge reception is mixed, but normally lacks any real courtesy or hospitality.”
