“This is a comfortable lounge with a broad variety of seat types and good standards of privacy for some seat choices. Charging facilities are quite frequent amongst the seating, and there are functional work areas. There is a dining area, and the food and drink choices have acceptable appeal for a multi-national customer base. Staff are efficient but standards of friendliness are inconsistent.”
