“This is a busy lounge serving international flights, and it is often crowded at peak times and there is difficulty in finding a seat. Furniture choices are quite basic and lacking comfort, and the interior finishes are looking a bit tired. Cleanliness is inconsistent at most touch points. Food options are simple and lacking quality – however, the complimentary bar products are fair. Staff service is completely functional, and displays limited friendliness.”
