“The lounge furniture and decor is quite dated here – however, cleanliness is well monitored by staff, and there is a good degree of natural light available. There is a simple hot and cold food selection, and the bar area has all mainstream products with premium drinks available at a charge. Washrooms are also dated in style and design but are clean and appropriate for the lounge size. Staff are somewhat friendly at reception, but service attention in the lounge is rather lacking.”
