Condor Airlines is Certified as a 4-Star Leisure Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“Overall Condor delivers a good 4-star experience, and while long-haul Economy has a basic free product, there are elements of a la carte pricing for premium catering and IFE, and on short-haul flights all F&B items are chargeable. Staff standards are acceptable in Business but subject to inconsistency in Economy. Condor operates a fleet of over 50 aircraft, and was the first German customer to receive the new A330neo long-haul aircraft and completed the entire long-haul fleet renewal in mid-2024. Condor expects to receive a total of 43 brand-new short- and medium-haul aircraft from the A32Xneo family by 2029.”
