Dalian Airlines is Certified as a 3-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“A subsidiary of Air China, the only real difference for Dalian Airlines is the name painted on the outside of the aircraft. All ground service and onboard product is at the same 3-Star level of Air China, adequate but below quality levels of China Eastern, China Southern and Hainan Airlines. Cabin staff service is functional and lacks customer service interest or hospitality.”
