“Flyadeal uses Terminal 1 at Jeddah Airport, and while facilities are much improved over the South Terminal facility we still observe issues with boarding efficiency. Onboard seat comfort standards are adequate for the domestic network and legroom is comparable to other LCCs, but cabin cleanliness is often below average. Buy-on-board catering choice and quality are quite simple. Staff service is functional and efficient for domestic flights, but lacking some care and hospitality.”
