“flynas product and service standards continue to develop and are quite close to meeting 4-Star. Business Class provides a full-service experience with a large recliner seat, complimentary meals and lounge access. Comfort in Economy is fair, and pre-order & buy-on-board F&B are quite good. IFE streaming works well, and the multi-national cabin crew give an efficient service but this is often lacking friendliness.”
