“FlyOne is a hybrid LCC with unbundled fares for baggage, seat selection and priority airport services, and this applies to airport check-in which is more restricted for the lowest ticket category. Onboard customers receive a free snack, and there are pre-purchase hot meals that are of a fair standard. Staff provide an efficient but functional service that could be improved to meet 4-Star standards.”
