“Lion Air (Indonesia) operates domestic and regional international flights. Customers need to be aware of strict baggage allowances to avoid extra charges. The cabin product is fair, seats average 29-inch seat pitch, but condition and cleanliness of cabin interiors is a problem and better attention is needed. Cabin staff service is fairly good and friendly, but airport service can be very poor. The 3-Star rating is marginal and may be subject to revision and/or downgrade.”
