“Lucky Air classifies itself as a low-cost airline, and whilst this matches other LCC’s in Economy, they offer a near full-service Business Class on many aircraft. Cabin seat comfort is satisfactory, and pre-order / buy onboard F&B is of a fair standard. Cabin staff offer an efficient service, but this is lacking in hospitality and language skills are poor.”
