“A few of their aircraft have Business Class seats, but the airline is based on low-cost Economy travel. Complimentary snack items are provided on some flights, but standards are very limited. Cabin staff service is enthusiastic, but lacking in interaction and dialogue, not helped by poor language skills. As a low fare airline the experience is fine, but there are better alternatives in the Chinese domestic market.”
